Overview
An efficient, reliable packaged water-cooled chiller. Heat is rejected through circulating cooling water connected to a cooling tower, giving higher cooling efficiency and lower noise than air-cooled units.
Refrigeration capacity ranges from 2,967 to 139,664 kcal/h with chilled water from 3 °C to 50 °C. A shell-and-tube evaporator exchanges heat between water and refrigerant; the compressor carries that heat to a shell-and-tube condenser and out to the cooling tower.
Application scope
Widely used in plastics, electronics manufacturing, electroplating, pharmaceuticals, chemical engineering, ultrasonic cooling and printing. For plastic moulding, mould cooling improves surface finish, reduces flaws and internal stress, prevents shrinkage and deformation, eases mould release and speeds up product shaping.
