Overview
Designed for high-speed injection moulding. A high-rigidity clamping structure with linear slide rail and proportional valve suits fast cycles, while stress-relief grooves on the tie bars disperse clamping stress to prevent breakage.
Single-cylinder injection avoids the screw and piston damage common in imbalanced double-cylinder designs. The toggle follows a high-speed motion curve, and evenly distributed platen stress gives high parallelism — fewer flashes and lower clamping-force demand.
