Overview
Purpose-built for PET preforms. A large-diameter screw increases injection stroke for roughly 50% more injection volume than a standard machine, and a low-shear, high L/D screw lifts plasticising efficiency by over 30% while reducing acetaldehyde.
15–23 groups of large-pipe mould cooling channels shorten cooling time and improve preform clarity. A servo gear pump with low-resistance hydraulic channels cuts electricity use by up to 60% compared with traditional machines.
